Not So "Smart Growth"

To save the planet by reducing carbon, anti-people groups are studying the following schemes to change our behaviors and get Americans out of their cars:

* Mandatory $400 residential parking permits
* Mandatory tolling of all Interstate Highways (equivalent to $5/gallon gas tax)
* Forcing 90% of all future development into existing footprints ("extreme smart growth")
* No free parking anywhere
* Congestion cordon taxes around city centers (like London)
