Obama Administration Closes Auto Dealerships Based on Race, Exposing Automakers to Potentially Massive Liability

The Obama Administration instructed automakers to close auto dealerships based partly on their owners' race and gender. That exposed the automakers to potentially massive class-action lawsuits under the civil-rights laws, as I explain at this link. It's just one more way to ruin the auto industry.
