The Obama Administration's Hypocritical Attack on Arizona

In suing Arizona over its immigration law (which a liberal judge blocked part of yesterday), the Obama Administration has hypocritically relied on legal arguments it earlier denounced (as I explain here). Meanwhile, it has turned a blind eye to unconstitutional sanctions imposed on Arizona businesses by liberal California municipalities (as I explain here). The law itself appears to be constitutional (as I explain here).
