Vote Yes on Price Amendment to Defund NLRB

ACTION ALERT UPDATE:

Freedom Action supports Rep. Tom Price’s Amendment #578 to the Continuing Resolution, H. R. 1.  The amendment would defund the National Labor Relations Board for the remainder of the current fiscal year. 

Here is the brief analysis by CEI labor policy expert Ivan Osorio:

“The Obama administration was thwarted in enacting card check and other similar legislation that would tilt the playing field in favor of organized labor. But that won’t stop the President from rewarding his union supporters. Now the administration is trying to circumvent Congress by enacting pro-union regulations through the National Labor Relations Board. Congress has the opportunity to stop this union power grab by defunding this unaccountable agency.”
